Vanarin is a UK/Ita alt-pop project. The band’s sound is characterised by a constant research and contamination of arrangements, but it all flows into a pop-like final product, with particular attention to melodies.
The band has to its credit a self-produced ep of 5 tracks, released on 6 January 2017 and an album ‘Overnight’ released for Woodworm. The release of the album was followed by a tour of around 50 concerts opening for artists such as Thurston Moore, Any Other, The Winstons and Fast Animals and Slow Kids, and treading nationally renowned stages such as MI AMI Fest, Siren Festival and the Radio Onda D’urto festival.
2020 is full of news for Vanarin. After joining the Dischi Sotterranei roster and beginning their collaboration with Radar Concerti, they released ‘EP 2’ on 31 January.
